EVIDENCE | MEDICAL negligence šŸ‘©šŸ½ā€āš•ļø

Medical negligence claims require a meticulous investigation process. Your solicitor will obtain the following evidence at some point during your claim:

šŸ™‹šŸ½ Your own witness statement explaining what happened in your own words.

šŸ„ Copies of your medical records from all relevant hospitals and GPā€™s (these will be reviewed by your solicitor and discussed with you.)

šŸ©ŗ An independent medical report or reports to determine if your medical treatment fell below the standard of care you should have received, and if so, in what way.

šŸ“‰ Details of any financial losses or expenses incurred due to negligence, including past and future losses.

Your solicitor will then evaluate the extent and cause of the injury resulting from the negligent treatment and use their expertise and relevant guidelines to calculate the appropriate amount of compensation for you.
